The Grady Sports Agency Agent Academy is an all-encompassing 5-week course for anyone who is interested in the world of NFL athlete representation. In this course you will be provided with the necessary tools to have success as an NFL Agent, while gaining knowledge on the responsibilities of an agent. Topics covered include recruiting collegiate athletes, contract negotiation, the NFL Draft process, and more. To end the course, you will take your newly gained wisdom and perform a mock presentation, role playing as an agent, to the GSA team in a competitive format.

Whether you are an aspiring NIL Agent, marketing rep, college athlete, parent, or business owner, we will give you an inside look at NIL like you have never seen before. Not only will you learn what it is like to work with collegiate athletes, you will also learn how to negotiate brand deals, recruit new talent, and keep up to date in the Wild West.
