A message from our Founder / “In 2017, as a recent college graduate, former SEC Football player, and witness of far too many friends-turned NFL players-turned nothing to show for it stories, I decided to start my own NFL agency. At the time, I didn’t have a clue about what it meant to negotiate contracts, talk with GM’s, or really anything to do with this space. However, what I did know was that 1.) I hated having a boss, and 2.) agents were looking at young men, some of whom I grew up with, as nothing more than a check. A way to make money without providing these guys with a relationship nor a plan for life after football. How does a 21 year old come into millions of dollars, and less than 10 years later not have a dollar to their name? It just didn’t make sense. So on a car ride with my pops, I just said aloud “why don’t we start our own NFL Agency”, and we haven’t looked back since. I tell people now, it’s been a long journey. We’ve experienced the ups, the downs, and everything in between. Nevertheless, I can say confidently that GSA is well positioned to help bridge a client from where they are, to where they want to be, no matter what that is in life. We are the hungriest agency in the country, we are the most energized agency in the country, and ultimately, I believe we are the best pound for pound agency in the country.”

Joshua Grady / Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Joshua’s role with GSA centers around the strategy, execution, and growth of GSA as a company, oversight of all GSA personnel, and working as an NFL Agent. To-date Joshua has represented 10 NFL Draft picks, while becoming the youngest agent in the industry to represent a 2024 Top-40 pick.

EJ’s role with GSA involves the oversight of all legal proceedings, operations, & paperwork, as well as serving as an NFL Agent. In 2024 EJ co-represented the 1st NFL Draft pick of his career in client Micah Abraham.

Daniel’s role with GSA involves the research & preparation of NFL Contracts, as well as heading our collegiate scouting department. In 2024 Daniel assisted GSA in the successful negotiation of a record breaking contract for client Braden Fiske with the Los Angeles Rams.

To-date, Nicole has helped GSA secure over $1 Million in sponsorship revenue working with companies such as Lululemon, Samsung, & Nike.
